2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use Recommend for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on Recommend
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

3. User Accounts

4. User Content

You are responsible for the content you post on Recommend. You agree not to post content that:

5. Job Postings and Applications

Employers are responsible for the accuracy of job postings. We do not guarantee the availability of positions or the qualifications of applicants. Job seekers are responsible for the accuracy of their applications and profiles.

6. Referral Rewards

Referral rewards are subject to terms and conditions specified at the time of referral. Rewards may be subject to verification and may be revoked if fraud or abuse is detected.

7. Payment Terms

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Payment must be made in advance for subscription services. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time.

8. Prohibited Uses

You may not use Recommend:

• In any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
• To transmit any malicious code or viruses
• To collect or harvest information about other users
• To impersonate or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Recommend, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
